Advertise your needs or services by Posting a Seek Listing or Provide Listing.
To Provide a Consult: In your My Account>Program Defaults Consult, set " Do I want to Consult" to Yes and define your Terms of Service. Make yourself available to consult at any time by setting the toggle button "Available/Not Available to Consult" button on this page to "Available to Consult". Keep Consult web-page open.
To Seek a Consult: Contact a Provider using the Live Console below.

Some browsers may issue a security alert/prompt as the ImPersona Chat programs begin downloading to your computer.

ALWAYS ALLOW THE DOWNLOAD TO PROCEED. DO NOT BLOCK THE DOWNLOAD OF THE PROGRAMS.

At the security prompt, if the user inadvertently does NOT allow the Consult programs to be downloaded, but wishes to do so at another time, please attempt the following:
  • Windows users, go to Control Panel > Security Center, then turn off the windows firewall and attempt to download ImPersona Chat Program again. At the security prompt, allow the download program to proceed.

  • Go to your web browser's security settings and set them to LOW. Try to initiate a new Impersona Consult session. At the security prompt from the browser, ALLOW the download of the programs to proceed (do NOT block).
  • If stuck on the web page, click REFRESH to refresh the web page and restart the Consult programs.
  • Logout and re Login to ImPersona and start a new Consult session
