Some browsers may issue a security alert/prompt as the ImPersona Chat programs begin downloading to your computer.

ALWAYS ALLOW THE DOWNLOAD TO PROCEED. DO NOT BLOCK THE DOWNLOAD OF THE PROGRAMS.

At the security prompt, if the user inadvertently does NOT allow the IC programs to be downloaded, but wishes to do so at another time, please attempt the following:

• Windows users, go to Control Panel > Security Center, then turn off the windows firewall and attempt to download ImPersona Chat Program again. At the security prompt, allow the download program to proceed.
  
  
• Go to your web browser's security settings and set them to LOW. Try to initiate a new Impersona IC session. At the security prompt from the browser, ALLOW the download of the programs to proceed (do NOT block).
• If stuck on the web page, click REFRESH to refresh the web page and restart the IC programs.
• Logout and re Login to ImPersona and start a new IC session
